HashMarket uses a crypto escrow system. Refunds are processed only through the escrow dispute resolution process.

If a dispute arises

Buyers and sellers must submit evidence.

HashMarket may mediate disputes.

Funds are released based on verified resolution.

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency, direct chargebacks are not possible.
